A completed JesRecap purchase grants one person or organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use JesRecap on one active Mac.

What you may do

You may use JesRecap for personal or business meetings and create, keep, and export your own recordings and transcripts.

What you may not do

You may not resell or share a license key, bypass activation limits, distribute modified copies, or use the software to violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.

Ending the license

The license may be revoked for fraud, chargeback, unlawful distribution, or material breach. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory remedies are not limited.

This EULA is a release draft and requires legal review before checkout is enabled.
